Crystal singing bowls

Crystal singing bowls are made of pure quartz (essentially 99.8% silicon quartz) and sand in a spinning mould, in a process that heats the mixture to about 4000 degrees. Each quartz singing bowl is digitally matched to the musical scale - C, D, E, F, G, A, B - which relates to different chakras of your body. Bigger bowls produce deeper sounds which have a more grounding effect and resonate more strongly with the physical aspect. Smaller bowls have a higher pitch which stimulates higher chakras and resonates more with the spiritual aspect.

Tibetan Crystal bowls were used for centuries to create feelings of peace, relaxation and to deepen meditation. They also balance both hemispheres of the brain, improve sleep and help with pain management.
Sound healing uses the principle of resonance: everything in the universe from atoms and minerals to plants and animals, and the planets, galaxies, and we ourselves, are in a state of vibration.
When the body is out of balance, diseases can result. That is, illness is caused by blockage which stops a particular organ from vibrating at its healthy frequency. Sound healing works by sending sound waves throughout the body, which brings harmony through oscillation and resonance. This helps restore the body's balance which in turn helps you heal during my group sessions
The very pure notes created during sound healing tune up our body, in the same way that a musician tunes a piano - so we can play our best music and perform at our best. Tuning up a piano may not create a nice and pleasant sound. Sometimes, sound can be irritating or scratching. Old memories can come up or different body sensations as sound travels through the body. It is important to focus on your breath and let sound do its job. Usually, it passes quite quickly.
Crystal bowls can also be used to energetically clear spaces, crystals and to charge crystal grids. Special care needs to be taken as they are very fragile.
Crystal lyre
It arrived from Russia on my birthday! The world's first Alchemical Rainbow Crystal Lyre with silver ions. It is tuned in accordance with the chakras. Its sounds harmonise the human body and help the fine balancing of its centres. It was custom tuned to 432 Hz, which is considered a healing frequency for the body.

The instrument is a blend of centuries-old traditions and the perfection of modern technologies. A progressive temperature technology was used to cover the high-purity quartz resonators with a thin layer of metal oxides including silver ions to give the instrument its fantastic sound as well as its amazing appearance. The sound is very angelic like. I am so looking forward to playing it for you!
Rain stick
I was gifted this beautiful Rain Stick. The sound is out of this world.
This is from the Tribal Instruments Australia website: "Rain Sticks are made with a combination of nature and magic. I find a suitable bush stick, then sand and polish it, and decorate the ends with a base metal. This helps to act as a lightning conductor.
The Stick is then soaked in a special watery gel concoction for up to six months. Then, on a dark and stormy night, I take the prepared Stick to the top of Mount Feta, the tallest mountain around, just above Blue Vein Creek. In a ceremony, it is buried in the earth – metal end exposed to the heavens.
Playing the drums and calling the gods and goddesses to send magic and charge the sticks. Eventually they do.

Lightning bursts from the sky like electric fingers touching the head of the Stick. Because it is buried in the cool earth it cannot explode, and instead the intense heat causes the interior of the Stick to crystallise and disintegrate into sticky rain crystals that will never dry out and will imitate the sound of gently falling rain forever. And that is how the Tribal Instruments Rain Sticks are made, really!"
Gong
The sound of the gong is like universal OM. It reminds us of that universal connection that we all have.

Rattles
I have 3 rattles made with the phases of the Moon – on Full and New Moons. Unique Shamanic Rattle in Australian Deerskin with Lapis Lazuli and Snowflake Obsidian gemstone filling.

This rattle was crafted over three days on the New Moon in Pisces, hanging under the moon overnight and drying in the warm sunshine. This Moon in March 2021 was full of Pisces magic with Venus conjunct Neptune bringing our hearts into alignment with our dreams. The rattle is hand dyed a deep ocean blue colour.
Koshi Wind Сhimes
The Koshi Wind Chime is an authentic musical instrument, an original creation of high quality. Hand made at the foot of the Pyrenees mountains; each chime is the result of meticulous craftsmanship. The inventor of the Koshi Chime is Kabir, an artist and musician from Europe. From many years of experimenting, he has learnt how to make wind chimes that are beautiful aesthetically and melodically.

The Koshi chimes resonance tube is made from bamboo veneer as it is much stronger than the natural bamboo. Being made with thin layers of bamboo produces a very high acoustic quality. Also, a new tuning technique has been developed to give the sound even more depth and enrich the harmonics.

Eight notes (metal rods) are welded with silver to a base plate inside the resonance tube. Precisely tuned, the notes combine and create a dance of clear tones that is rich in overtones. The overtones of the shorter notes (rods) eventually dominate and become the fundamentals, thereby forming a circular tonal range.
